Refund Policy

Free trial

Every paid plan starts with a 7-day free trial. You will not be charged if you cancel before the trial ends.

Refund window

If you are charged after the trial and decide within 14 days that Tameburn is not for you, email [email protected] from the address on your account and we will refund your most recent payment in full.

After the 14-day window we generally do not issue refunds for the current billing period, but we will stop future renewals immediately on request.

Exceptions

If an extended service outage or a billing error led to an incorrect charge, email us and we will make it right regardless of the 14-day window.

How to request a refund

Email [email protected] with the email address on your account and the Lemon Squeezy order number. We usually respond within two business days.
